Locals observed substantial frozen pellets as large as 7 centimeters in some areas. Weather authorities announced that various areas across Queensland had been affected by significant hail.

Rescue organizations handled over five hundred requests for assistance across the state, mainly for property damage but also for collapsed vegetation and flooding.

Damp conditions were expected to linger along significant areas of the state's eastern regions this coming days as a weather pattern continued to draw in moisture against the coastal areas.
Tuesday was predicted as the wettest day, with ongoing storm activity predicted across multiple regions of both regions.

Public health experts warned that there was an increased chance of thunderstorm-induced asthma across the state's northern country region, particularly given the current weather patterns.
